This is my direct drive extruder "V10 JGR Extruder" The spring is now obsolete! gone! never to be seen again! The extruder now uses a 623 bearings in a similar way to the wades extruder you can either use springs or just use the fixed gap method (my preferred method) the best part is that it's within the nema17 (42mmx42mm) frame , i've also rewritten the scad files to be a little more understandable the filament path is in the perfect position to accommodate pretty much all of the filament drives *filament drive available from 3dindustriesaustralia.com.au ,reprapdiscount.com ,2engineers.com thejollygrimreaper.blogspot.com if anyone needs these in any other format let me know in the comments below
