This is a old style fan that is designed to be printed out and fixed together
Print it out lots of times in multiple colours if you like, then join them together using a lighter or heat-gun to heat up the locking pins and squash down to lock. The hinge pin is a section of 3mm filament, just melted at each end to hold it in place. The sliding tabs are also fitted in place with melted tops to hold it all together.
